why is my 24p footage now interlaced

I have another post asking how do I tell if I have the correct pulldown for 24p standard.

I would step through the frames in Final Cut and there was no interlacing. Now, its completely interlaced. What the heck? And yes, I will post this in FCP, but was hoping someone here might have an idea. I changed nothing as far as sequence presets or any settings.

when your canvas window is at 100% you can see the lines but if you put it to something eslse then 100% you wont see them.
