Why I'll never be a professional bowler

cool little "title"
I'm in a league and last night I bowled a 115, 174, 84. There is absolutely
no consistancy to my brilliance. I also don't think any bowling federation
would appreciate a bowler who yells - bonzai! when bowling.

There are days when I think a 100 is a good score. Dang, I suck at bowling.
I have a t-shirt that reads: bowling sucks.
 
LOL - you're on. The bowling lanes are just down the street. I tell you, I'm
centrally located to so much stuff, I love it.
 
I couldn't believe the location you have. Right there on the Pier! WOW! What I wouldn't give...

Today, I woke to a frost covered car and 22 degree temp!

SUCKS!
 
I've probably walked by that bowling alley a million times, but I've never gone inside. Strange, cause I love to bowl. I'm no good at it, but I enjoy it. My best game is a 214, but my average is about 110.
 
If you bowl anything like me, the 174 probably happened around the second beer. I have this small window of brilliance in bowling, pool, darts, etc., when the liquor just starts to settle in. Shortly after, I can rarely break 100.:beer:

I'm the same way. I'm a tad stronger and more focused after I've had a couple.:beer: :beer:

I have yet to hit a 200 game, got as high as 198 and blew it. I had 4 strikes in
a row yesterday, hence the 174 game. Somedays, I'm lucky if I mark.

I bowled a 127 and had 3 strikes somewhere in the game....and felt pretty good about myself considering i havent bowled for 2 years. Then i saw this thread with people getting averages of 110+ while saying they suck at bowling...

Also, i dont think bowling federations appreciate my post-strike victory dance either
 
298, but that was on my cell phone.

We actually just went bowling Saturday with a group of people for my girlfriend's 30th birthday and over three games I was 142, 103, & 37.

With the 37 I was rolling the ball from the ball return.

We were asked to leave shortly after.

When I was in college, a group of us was actually banned from three different bowling alleys. :beer: :beer: :beer: :beer: :beer:
