Why does Quicktime conversion bypasses my color correction?

I'm having a really weird problem:

1) I color correct in FCP, make sure everything is rendered and saved.

2) I export via Quicktime conversion to H.264 or MPEG-4, and what I see is the non color corrected version.

Why is Quicktime conversion bypassing the color correction filter? When I have the quicktime conversion window open (where you choose settings) I see a red line above all color corrected clips in the timeline.

Does anybody have any suggestions? I'm using FCP 6.0.6.

Figured it out. The "green line" wasn't checked off in the render menu so it wasn't rendering.
