Don't you usually just plug the top-one in upside down?

Oh sorry, I forgot that then all the electricity would have to go uphill, and could overflow and spill out all over the place! Silly me! Ignore this post!

(Seriously though, here in Europe, dual plugs like this are usually set at opposing 45 degree angles to allow for wallwart adapters.)
