Why "closed"

I had a question about the adult film industry myself as I have been approached by several colleagues to film some and I am wondering why that thread was closed. Its not like we are going to be starring in them. At least not me anyway. I have been asked to shoot and put together a dvd. Like the other person said, I wouldn't want my name on the credits or my company associated with producing such project unless I come up with an alias company name.

ususally on ANY project you can negociate your credits- job title and name ...
year ago many members of LA unions would work on non union projects and work under a different name ...same with lessor known SAG actors
