Who was/is Zoomforce?

I was looking back at old posts. Saw Zoomforce in the first posts from 2003. Even one in the dvx100 technical section. That just said test.
Also the 12-31-1969 @ 6:00pm... I guess that is all of the deleted posts huh. It was weird. It was like I was in some secret place or something. Some of them looked interesting. Too bad I can't read them. Saw some of John Hudsons first posts... what a change from then to now :) I guess we are all "newbies" at one point in time. Except for maybe Barry, heh. Something for us to keep in mind though, in my humble opinion.
Anyways, back to the point... anyone know who zoomforce is/was. Is this person still around?

if my history of this forum is correct...

Zoomforce was Jarred Land's old account before he changed it.

I'm pretty sure it was his old production company name also.

Prior to Zoomforce, Jarred Land used the name "The Masterped" and prior to that he was "Milli_Vanilli_Forever", a reference to his first site, MVuser.com, which was a Milli Vanilli fan site.

It would make sense, since "zoomforce" is all over the early postings, and I haven't found a post by Jarred yet. I am still in october-november of 03 area though :)
Thanks
Jason

I alwas love when some one gose back and brings up Jarreds old user. It seems to happen ever 6 months or so. Jarred you need to put in your sig "User formanly Known as Zoomforce" But then again half the people wouldn't get it.

But then it was found out that someone had set up the site for him, and he had just been hired to take the credit, as the REAL site designer was too homely to appear in public.

What's less known is that the voice of Fab was John Hudson and Rob was Terry Lasater.

ha ha ha yeah zoomforce is actually still the name of my production company.. thats my other life... and the website hasnt been updated since i started dvxuser. Before DVXuser Zoomforce was a Web/Video production company i created alongside my logistics business... Dvxuser was actually started because i was going ot do a bicycle messenger documentary and just bought the dvx.

Well thanks for ruining my documentary on DVXUser and the phenomenum that it has become! Man all those hours of interviewing, filming... Why don't you just say that Bruce Willis is dead in The Sixth Sense?

heh. Interesting history around here. I wonder how long it would take me to get current if read from back to front of dvxuser? Probably never... I'm not a very fast reader.
So did the bicycle messenger doc ever get off the ground at all?

thats the ironic thing.. Dvxuser was created because of the messenger doc but it never ended up being made because of the success of it's creator. :)

heh.

I still think the dvxuser news press cred. and the sharing of footage thing is a good idea :)

It's cool to see how far the site, and some of its members have come since those early postings.

Let's see what was I doing in '03.....? I don't remember, really. Being depressed and pissed at the world probably, whatever it was. My how things have changed. Now I am poor and happy... Mostly
