Who to give credits to, and how

I'm not sure if this is really a screenwriting forum question or a directing forum question.

I'm developing a sort of "day in the life" type short about a model. Probably monologue-based, she'll talk about her routine at shoots as well as probably stories "the worst thing that ever happened at a shoot..." etc

To try to give it the most realistic feel ('cause I'm a photographer, I have no idea what models are thinking!), I'm interviewing a bunch of models.

The final product will be fictional, but it will depend heavily on the interviews.

How should I credit these interview-ees?

Any way you want. You can put them all under a header 'cast' and roll from there; you could just give thanks or something like that if you're already naming them on lower thirds (so people won't be looking at the credits to figure out who that was).

I'd either do a "Screenplay by Lee Saxon. Based on interviews with: ..." or "Thanks to: ...". However you should ask each of them if they really want to be mentioned, some may say stuff they might not want to be associated with publicly. You could also consider letting them all be anonymous to make sure they tell some really juicy stuff. :Drogar-Evil(DBG):
