Who should I contact?

Now that my feature is ready, who specifically should I contact? I need names, addresses. I am looking for a sales rep, distributor specializing in micro-budget features. Straight to video, whatever. I just want my film out there

Have a look at my trailers below. My style has been compared to David Lynch. Not to sound conceited, but I am confident my film stands out visually from most others in this budget range. Point is, I have an advantage and I need to capitalize on it

Who do I send this too?

There are quite a few companies you could send them to if you just want to get it out there.

Rsquared films. We sold our first movie to them. (Link in sig)

Maverick Entertainment. We Just sold our third film to them yesterday.

York Entertainment

Without a box can get you out there from what I have heard.

My films cost so little to make that the returns I have gotten have totally made it worth it. These may not be the best options for everyone but they work for me.

Thanks Richard

I'll definitely look into those companies.

Rsquared Films looks very promising. Are they managing your film well?

Last week had a discussion under "Good experience with York" on dvxuser. You should read the very negative comments about this company. Good luck HerzogisGod and congrats Richard on your continuing success.

Thank you Lambert. I have not heard anything good about York either. BUT if you just want to get it out there and you're not too worried about recouping, Then they could work I guess. But again, I have never dealt with them. I'm just dropping names.:cheesy:
