Who makes 19mm studio rail components?

Who makes 19mm studio rail components? Noob question, I know.

I'm not talking matte boxes & follow focuses, but things like handles, rail blocks, support arms, shoulder pads, clamps, etc. Who's the Redrock / Zacuto of the 19mm world?
 
Red popularized 19mm again as everything they released with the Red One was based on 19mm. That's when Redrock and others also started shipping related products to support R1s also based on 19mm. Check out their store. Considering the mass of a fully configured package it just made sense. When we snagged our first R1 and needed to counterweight it on a small crane quite typically we were usually between 50 and 60lbs depending on which lense was chosen.
