Who has a web template for me...please :)

how would i know if it works or not with mysql? it says i need a login and password for mysql, and all i do for dvxhost is just login via ftp, and upload my files and folders and what not. but when i navigate to the folder i put the wordress thing in, in my browser it brings up an option to enter my stuff to change my config file.php

while waiting for reply...i setup a .mac account but cant find if it offeres mysql , does anyone know?

I just give up. This sql stuff is just too confusing for me, but i finally gave iWeb a shot, and id rather use Frontpage since i was forced to learn that here at work, but i am not gunna use a PC when i dont have to. Well iWeb seems to work decently, but it looks like my pages are going to have to be pretty bandwidth heavy. I figure ill make Jpegs for each page and place them throughout to mimmick the look of a sliced page from Frontpage and then put hot link areas over the buttons and what not. GUnna look like a page from the stone age in the way it functions...

but my snazzy photoshop skillz will have to come in handy to give the percieved look of a decent looking up to date site. Hope it functions well...

I can help you with this, I'm pretty experienced with website design.

I think you should do the blogger route because it comes with some nice-looking templates and you can use your domain name with it. I mean if all you want is one page with updates and links like FreakyTJ.com then blogger would work perfectly. If what you want is a website with different sections, etc. then you're going to need a lot more stuff, it isn't too hard to do, it's just a different path.

With Blogger, you can pick a template and edit it all you want, inserting your own images, etc. and use your own domain name. I mean you could probably get it to look almost like that FreakyTJ.com site with Blogger.

Thanks, i wont give up on the blogger thing then, but i was thinking now i would have my main page as HTML that im doin in iWeb with Photoshop, and then have a button that says "BLOG" or whatever you can go to to read our updates and what not

Your main page can link to the blogger site, actually... just put a link in the html page that points to your blogger page and put a link on your blogger page that points back to your main html page. I think that's the best way to do it.
