Whiskey pint breakaway (sugar) glass bottle?

I need a breakaway (sugar glass) pint whiskey bottle/flask, not the full (quart) bottles like I see when I google for 'breakaway glass'. Any ideas? I would prefer to buy some pre-made, otherwise what are my alternatives? I really need it to be the pint size whiskey glass flask, not the larger bottle, so the actor can just pull the fake pint flask out of his jacket pocket (too small for a whole bottle). I guess I could make one, but that sounds like a lot of work?

Thank you ZaZaCast, nice links. Not sure which route to go with this. Might buy a breakaway from a vendor. Might just have the actor throw a real bottle to the ground, or (not too keen on this) might have the actor throw a real glass bottle and break it, then spend the next hour picking up the broken glass shards. The thing is I really want the actor to be using a smaller pint sized whiskey bottle the kind that is sort of flattened, not the larger round bottles; all the breakaway glass suppliers seem to sell the larger quart size round bottles; this scene calls for an alcoholic character to pull a smaller pint size flattened whiskey bottle out of jacket pocket. I have an artist background, I suppose I could think of some way to actually make a mold and make my own breakaway bottle but that seems like a hassle.

Received four brown 1/2 pint whiskey breakaway glass bottles (flasks) from Alfonso's Breakaway Glass yesterday. Amazing. High quality, looks like the real thing. No breakage. And the screw on cap from a real 1/2 pint whiskey bottle actually screws on the fake sugar glass bottles!
