Which one is sharper?

If I could get them sharper, what should I use and how should I use it?

Thanks,

The first looks better to me.

What is involved to use this new Youtube feature ? Do you upload as usual
to take advantage of "high quality", or must something special be done?

It just now lets u select that feature if you upload it high than 480x340 or something like that. As it goes along more and more videos are avaiable in high quality.
