which slider on a budget (less than 100$)

If it were me, and it was at one point. I would save my money for something better. unless you just have disposable income.

I've used the igus slider. You certainly can get usable shots with it, but it may require a few takes. Mine would bow when on a single tripod, so I added some diy reinforcement. The igus doesn't have any type of lock or brake, so I would probably consider one of the other two with that in mind. I wouldn't recommend any of these unless you're using a pretty lightweight camera.

If you can save up a bit more (okay a significant amount more), something like a Konova K2, Syrp Magic Carpet or Duzi v3 would give you smoother slides.

Kamerar has introduced what looks like the least expensive slider that also has a flywheel.

The pre-sale at $174 says sold out, so it may only be available at full price of $249, which is still way less expensive than anything else that is carbon fibre and has a flywheel. When I emailed them, they said it will be available in mid-November.

For small sliders, smoothness used to be measured or qualified based on the bearing/carriage system. Now, I think the distinction between smooth and not smooth has more to do with whether or not the slider has some kind of inertia control using a counterweight, flywheel, etc. Obviously, you still need rails/carriage combo that glides smoothly, but the execution of the slide has more to do with the above.
