Which sensitivity for B3?

...
So my two sensitivity options for the mic are +0dB and -10dB. The Countryman website advices the +0dB model for "most uses" and the -10dB for "head mic for theater." Now from those descriptions it would seem that the +0dB model is what I want, but I've heard that there is a lot of noise with it.

What do you guys suggest? ...

The -10dB is a reduced sensitivity model for use close to the mouth, like when hidden in the hairline. Go with the regular one. The noise or lack of it is all in how you rig it and that "dude's" mic is not rigged for best noise immunity - needs to have a strain relief loop in the cable.
