Which SATA enclosure for 10-20 HDDs?

I need to edit from 20 SATAs at the same time (maybe I can change some HDDs while editing). No RAID needed.
Which cheap HDD SATA enclosure would you recommend?

I have the Burly 5 bay and the port multiplier card. Editing Prores HD with no problem.
