Which Raynox macro lens for video? The 150 or 250? Something fast auto-focus

I like the macro photography I see with the Raynox DSR 150 and DSR 250 snap on lens. The 250 is more powerful, but I heard the 150 is easier to handle. I want to film moving small critters and insect and use it with my D7100, HMC150, and a Canon video camera. I am mostly going to shoot video.
What lens would be better for this and quicker to lock on focus and stay with your subject.
When I mean moving, I mean an insect going slow at a turtle's pace. I know it would be impossible to chase a butterfly around and keep focus shooting in macro.

Thanks

I believe the DSR's only have a 49mm objective, so you may get strong vignetting on many lenses, and I don't believe it will fit on your HMC

I used the B+W NL3 72mm diopter on my HPX170 and thought it yielded pretty good results. The HMC 150 uses the same lens and 72mm filters. I used it to get the insect shots in this video http://vimeo.com/69471313. I think for $45 it did a pretty good job. I have since moved on to the GH4 and am now using an Olympus 60mm macro with excellent results.

This was my review on the B&H site.

Close-up Lens Review

By natureflixs

I use the closeup lens on my Panasonic HPX170 video camera. It allows me to get about 13 inches from the subject. Focus is razor thin so I need to continue to practice. I think in certain circumstances it work well. Video taken with it looks a little soft and needs some "sharpening" to make it acceptable. Considering the options available this lens is the cheapest route to go as opposed to a much more expensive achromatic Diopter.

Hi
Yes, I might have to go with the Raynox with my DSLR Nikon, and look at the NL3 diopter for the HMC150.
I really liked your video Mark. Amazing video and looks like a great place to visit.
Thanks for sharing, and thanks mcbob for your comment.
Have a good day.

Fwiw, if you're only using it with the Nikon, a Micro-Nikkor 55 is ridiculously sharp and available used for not much more money than the Raynoxes
