Hey there DVXUsers,

I am currently in the market for a Large TV to use as main editing Windows.

I have 2 TV's on my list, which seem rather nice.

One is the Samsung LE40C580 seen here: http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B003DNSJ5Y/ref=ox_sc_act_title_6?ie=UTF8&m=A3P5ROKL5A1OLE

The other one is a LG monitor, which is LED Backlight and 2 inches bigger.. Seen here: http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B0043M66AO/ref=ox_sc_act_title_1?ie=UTF8&m=A3FNUK2WQR3SK4

Now I am wondering which would be the best TV to choose. I saw them both in store, but in the Showroom, every TV is overly bright to look better than its neighbour.
I really liked both of them..

What do you think? I will be screening the ADOBE CS5 main windows. Both TVS have 4 HDMI ports!

A Panasonic or Pioneer plasma is always a good choice. Their consumer models are not fare behind, and often equal to, their pro models.

I'm going to second Arnie here on the plasmas. They're so cheap now and you'll never get dynamic range out of a cheap LCD like you would out of a comparably priced plasma.
