Which lens could be used more often?

I can only afford to buy one lens. Between 85mm, 100mm which one would be more useful in terms of just casual shooting in other words shooting landscape, CUs, indoor, outdoor?

Both are really close but I would say the 85mm would be more useful out of those 2.
