which hi-res LCD monitor for HVX200?????

I have an HVX200, but I'm not happy using the flip-out LCD screen for focusing even with EVF detail and focus assist turned on. I used to have a Sony Z1 and miss the hi-res LCD screen on that.

I was thinking of going either with a Varizoom S1080 or a Marshall VR70PHDA or VR70PHDSDI.

Can anyone give me some feedbaack for a great hi-res LCD monitor I can mount on top of the camera.
