Which frequency range is better?

It deopends on what else is going on in your area in those frequencies. Choosing the one that has the least other users in your geographic area gives you the best chance of finding an open frequency when you're setting up for a shoot.

They are both the same in quality. It all depends where in the world you are, wha is legal and what is in use in your area.
Assuming you are in the USA, you can also use ew 112 G3GB as this version includes frequencies from both versions G and B and includes the bit between them that is the preferred band for mobile use in the UK - so if you want to use the system in the USA and the UK, then the "GB" version is the perfect answer.
