Which CineForm template(s) should I use?

I'm wanting to edit my XH A1's 1080i 24F footage, with eventual outputo to WMV and MOV files for the web, and the help section didn't specify which CineForm template to use when rendering intermediate files.

Also, I'd like to know which one would suit me best for eventual output to DVD.

You want 1440x1080 @ 24fps progressive with a 1.33:1 pixel aspect ratio. From there you can export to any output.
 
So basically I'm putting everything on the timeline and rendering it all out to AVIs and bringing it in all over again? Where does the CineForm come in?

Nevermind. I found the intermediate settings.
