Which boom pole case?

I have a KTek KTK202CCR boompole. It can collapse to a minimum of 4.1' and hence is larger than my tripod cases. It is becoming difficult to carry in flights without a proper case. I would love your suggestions regarding a case which works well for you guys.

We made the KBLT52 boom case specifically designed around the K202CCR.

This isn't meant to be snarky in any way; I have the same issues. Eventually, I purchased a shorter pole that would fit in my camera kit bag. I had to compromise slightly on length, but is was worth it to me to not have to always pack a dedicated case which was longer than most of my other luggage.

For my longer pole and additional gear, I use this hard shell tripod case:

I can pack a long pole in this one with a bunch of other gear and the hard shell, though somewhat limiting (no stretching possible), gives superior protection. I just pack the case loose with either furniture pad wrapping or some scoot guard to protect from chafe. I hate chafe.
