Which Blood - My Blood vs Fleet Street

Hi,

Just wondering if anyone out there has had any experience with either brands? I heard that My Blood was used on True Blood for a while but they switched to Fleet Street.

Just that Fleet Street costs like 3 times as much.

I am doing a horror short and I am trying to contain costs but I don't want to go through all of the effort of casting, producing, writing and directing and be like "if only I had the more expensive blood."

So I am curious if anyone had any experience with these brands and do you think both would do a good job?

Thanks.

Just make your own. It's blood. Try not to over-think it ;) Mix different viscosities depending on what you need it for.

For a zero/low-budget short, I agree that home-made fake blood is probably the best option. It does have disadvantages - it's sticky and stains and some people hate the smell, but saves a pile of money usually better spent elsewhere.
