where's that eyedropper?!

I was working on chapter 15, corrective filters, in my Apple Pro Training book, and the author had me apply the Basic Border filter. Then she said to choose the Color Sampler eyedropper and sample a leaf in the image. Couldn't find that eyedropper anywhere on the screen or in the book! Can you give me a clue?

If the filter is on the clip, dbl click the clip to put it into the viewer. Then, click on the Filter tab and you should see it there.

Thanks! My dumb mistake: viewer window was a little too short to show the eyedropper without scrolling. A few pixels down, there it was!
