Where'd this line come from?

Re: Where'd this line come from?

What about this one: "Be the ball!"

I was saying this since yesterday, but couldn't remember the film, and just now I got it.

All the best

Fidel.

He, "That's so long ago, I don't remember."
She, "Will I see you tonight?"
He, "I never plan ahead."[/quote]

The greatest B-Movie of all time, Army of Darkness!

"Say a prayer for Surf Boy."

Re: Where'd this line come from?

"Say a Prayer for Surf Boy" is from Rushmore (fantastic movie).

Meanwhile, this thread is a mess, people are adding quotes without answering the quote before.

For example, earlier I put, "Be Happy in Your Work" which went unanswered (it is from "Bridge on the River Kwai").

Anyway, I'm not sure if we are still following the original premise of the thread, but in case we are, here is the next quote,

"Hope is a good thing, maybe the best of things, and no good thing ever dies."

"Hope is a good thing, maybe the best of things, and no good thing ever dies."

I think this 'hope' thingy the lesser quote from ShawShank Redemption.

Here goes mine, 'What f***ing Ian guy ??'

Re: Where'd this line come from?

High Fidelity.

“And now I’m sitting in here by myself, talking to myself. THAT’S chaos theory.”

Re: Where'd this line come from?

Jurassic Park!

I apologize for the cursing here but for those who've seen this movie, you know how great it was when this particular actor delivers it:

"What I want is for you to stand there in that faggoty white uniform, and with your Harvard mouth, extend me some ****in' courtesy. You gotta ask me nicely."

(No insult intended to anyone, simply quoting a movie line here)

Re: Where'd this line come from?

"A Few Good Men"

"Let me tell you something, bandejo. You pull any of your crazy **** with us, you flash a piece out on the lanes, I'll take it away from you, stick it up your ass and pull the ****ing trigger 'til it goes "click."

No takers? Alright, another line from the same movie . . . .

"Walter, the chinaman who peed on my rug, I can't go give him a bill, so what the **** are you talking about?"

Re: Where'd this line come from?

I already got it from the first one. Was just trying to think of something else to quote.

yours is of course the Jesus from "The Big Lebowski"

What an amazing film.

ok here's mine.

"Are you frightened? "
"Yes. "
"Not nearly frightened enough. "
