Is this serious?
It's not that I don't know the answer, it just doesn't sound like a serious question. It seems to come from someone with no experience, yet you're talking about paying one of your actors $2000/day -- or more. Plus, you're only asking about one of your characters; you're looking for a "beautiful" actress with experience who will do a "love scene," which is a very odd way to lead off this kind of question.
Some questions -- and this will all affect what you're able to do.
1) How old are you?
2) Have you ever made a film before?
3) Do you already have a script written?
4) Is this a short or a feature?
5) Where are you?
6) What is your total budget, and where is it coming from?

No one who has $6000 to spend on an actress would ask this as a first cold post on this type of forum. If they know where to get the rest of the cast, and pay those rates, they know where to get the actress. If there is no other cast, then ......
Maybe its a San Fernando Valley movie.
If it were legitimate, they would not mention hair color, age, or anything like that, because all of that comes later. They would say they need an actress to play a love scene, they would state where they are located, and they would ask for casting sources in that area. They would also know better than to ask that question on this forum.

Don't forget that on these forums are quite a few high school kids posing as adults, asking questions that give away their age /maturity level.
