Where to get scripts?

I am not finding some scripts available even from scriptfly.com which is where I generally buy scripts to study, perhaps too many. And no I do not want transcripts, I am looking for actual scripts. Specifically for The Return (2006), and Darkness Falls (2003). Am I pretty much SOL (out of luck), perhaps the writers or prodcos just do not want to make the scripts public? Or are there some script warehouses I do not know about that might have these scripts?

Maybe you should try it bass-ackwards. Watch those movies, and write the script out yourself? If nothing else, it might be a good exercise while you find the original, then compare the two.

I am thinking I may never have access to the original, perhaps the prodcos and writers are keeping them private.

Prodco = production company, that bought and owns the screenplay. They might, for whatever reason, not want to make the script available publicly to script warehouses like scriptfly.com

Although-- it just hit me, if the screenplay copyright is registered with the US Lib of Congress Copyright Office, then by default it is publicly available for viewing, at least at the US Lib of Congress, either in person or perhaps online. Not sure if I want to travel to Washington D.C., but it would be available for viewing; that is the purpose of the US Lib of Congress-- anything with a registered copyright is there, so that members of congress (and the public) can view the works, for research, etc.
