Where to get 15mm rod parts?

Probably wrong section but here it is anyway.

Where would i get a piece to hold 2 15mm rods but not at regular spacing but rather only about an inch (or less) apart?

Since the US isn't metric, you're probably not going to find anything off the shelf to re-purpose. It's kind of an oddball piece, so that zacuto part might be your only real choice. Your only other option might be finding someone who could make it for you.
