Where can I find a website that crowdsources digital animation? I'm looking for a very basic animation for a corporate mini-documentary.

This is probably better on the "3D" forum. That said, you can try BountyStorms or CrowdSpring. I don't know if there are any crowdsourcing communities devoted to animation only, but both of those sites are worth investigating. Users here on the 3D and After Effects boards would probably have more ideas.
