Here is the mother load of all other loads of cartoon SFX:
http://www.sound-ideas.com/sound-effects/cartoon-trax-1-sound-effects.html
http://www.sound-ideas.com/sound-effects/cartoon-trax-2-sound-effects.html
That might be way too much $$$ for what you need - but this is the end-all be-all collection.

You should also take a look at http://www.sonniss.com/
This is a relatively new site that sells mostly FX libraries from editors and designers. Quality varies a bit but it's generally good to very high. Sound dogs is good for commercially released sounds. They are best for one offs, where you don't want to buy a lot of sounds but there is some one sound you really need and can't find. Sonniss only sells collections, no single sounds, but a lot of the collections go for not much more than some single sounds on a big commercial site like Sound Dogs. Kind o the difference of a big label recording VS an indi label. This month they also have a sale going. Since vendors set the discount it varies from 15% or so to 50% on many libraries.
They may not have what you are looking for and if they do it might not be on sale, but it's worth a look.
The Hanna Barbera library mentioned above is great for "classic" Hollywood cartoon sounds.
Full disclosure: I sell sounds on Sonniss, but nothing you are looking for.
