Hi guys,
I'm trying to test the CS5 trial and after I install it when I try to run any application I get "error: 16". I've googled it and the only answer I've got is the one bellow, which requires me to delete the language pack folder (which I don't know where it is). Does anyonw know where it is?
"Back up your PC before doing this:
Option 1: Copy your language folder as a backup. Delete it, then run the Adobe Installer and tell it to repair/reinstall your installation.
Option 2: If that doesn't work completely uninstall it, make sure you delete the Program Files folder and registry entries after it's removed, and install it again.
Option 3: You paid good money for the product, Adobe won't help you, just download a torrent with a working copy of CS5. Adobe is known for terrible customer service and deserve to lose business to pirates.
Option 4: If all else fails, go into the language folder and start deleting language packs 1 by 1 until the error goes away. This will take a while. Be sure to back up the language pack folder before this."
