Where is my trash Can

Hi Guys,

An employee of mine, who has now left, moved, deleted/trashed the "Trash Can" from the desktop.

Does anyone know were the program is on a MAC? OSX or located.

The desktop or the dock? If you try to drag it off the dock or otherwise remove it, it doesn't work. I am using Leopard to test this. What version is the computer? It may be possible that there is some kind of system error that was not the employees fault. If all else fails, try re-installing the OS. A spotlight search for "trash can" reveals nothing.
