Where is Key Color?

If you look at the Chroma Keying techniques, they will often use KEY COLOR to do pre keying.

In AE 5.0 I can't find KEY COLOR in my Effects Menu. The only options I have under keying is WIRE REMOVAL and KEYLIGHT. So where do these guys get all the keying options in their menu?

AE 5.0? As in the version from 2001? or CS5?

for 5.0: After Effects includes two basic keying
effects. The Production Bundle includes seven additional, more powerful keying effects.

I have CS5 standalone. Not the production Bundle.
