Where do I post a question about TV production?

I have to give a quote on a budget to produce a 3 camera studio-like TV show locally on a modest budget. Does anyone know where a good place to post this question would be either on these forums or other sites? Thanks!

Here's my questions:
Putting together a budget for a potential local tv show that someone wants to shoot in my city. They've already got the deal worked out with a station, but they're still shopping around for a production crew. It seems like they would like to keep cost pretty low, but they're willing to spend a little so it doesn't look like other low/no budget local standard shows.
I was thinking of renting 3-4 PXW-Z100's, recording internally as a backup, then switching the show live as well and roll on that recording. I originally was going to go for a few FS5's with a 28-135, but I figured the difference in quality wouldn't be worth it to keep the cost down. (Side note the Z150's LCD shuts off when recording 4K and outputting SDI) At least the first episode is in a college auditorium, so I gotta figure out if I can fit a Truss in there for lighting. Again, going cheap so I thought I'd rent about 6 Litepanel 1x1 LEDs. The problem with setups is that it's going to be in front of a live audience. I plan on renting a lot of what I need, but some of the major cost come from buying an intercom system, cables, and a few other things that aren't easy to rent online.
I also plan on putting it in the budget to hire an audio professional. I figured something like 4 Lectrosonicss Lav systems would probably do the trick. I worked in TV news for 6 years, and part of that time was in production doing every job including Technical Director as well as some directing. So I have an idea of how some of this goes once the show starts rolling.
Does anyone have any suggestions production wise? Other lighting ideas or camera suggestions? What about any guesses on a budget range or anything I may need to keep in mind? Thanks!

It's difficult to make camera and equipment recommendations as there are so many possibilities and we don't have a feeling for the production venues and values. You've done production so you know what you need. It's just a matter of making choices. But do remember that insurance is a must.

Some other thoughts and questions for you to think about.

Audio in an auditorium could be very bad. The lavs can be a good way to go, but since we don't know what you are shooting besides a '3 camera studio' type event its hard to say that is the best.

Is there going to be house audio? Can you use it? Will it be good enough to be used? Will the house use lavs? Will your lavs be competing for space on each person?

Lights - Are the auditorium lights enough? What color are the auditorium lights? Will it conflict with what you will want to do? What will the show runner allow in the way of rigging lights?

Cameras - You said it was a studio type shoot so 3-4 cameras should be plenty. But can you get them positioned where you need them in an auditorium? Do you need to set up pedestals for the operators and cameras to get above the audience?

You can rent Clearcom. Here is an example: https://www.talamas.com/rentals/product/tempest-2400-5-beltpack-system
Wired systems are even cheaper.
