Where do I find fresh inspiration

Take a break. When you're relaxed inspiration finds you. Original inspiration often comes from outside your chosen field. eg Many martial arts styles were inspired by observation of animal behavior. Scientists often make their breakthroughs in the course of accidents, in pursuit of another goal or more mundane activity. You just have to open to it. Go do or watch something you've never done before.

Or foreign cinema. Although there has been a trend in some countries to make films with the intent of then being sold to hollywood for the remake. Much as japanese anime has been deeply influenced by awareness of the american and broader audience/market in the past decade and a bit. For better or worse (jurys out).
 
I like what EGGBORNSON said, He makes a lot of sense. I think it can be different for everyone. I mean, I get inspiration from music alot. I hear a piece of music, then it starts sparking ideas. Sometimes its a feeling or emotion that fires off ideas. Places, different smells, It can be anything. But like what eggbornson said. It finds you in all cases. Usually when you look to hard for something it doesn't pan out. It has to be a feeling.
 
I guess you mean inspirational film/video/commercial works from others, not get inspired for story ideas and characters? Good question. I think you need to find sources of those examples that are in line with things you like, styles you like, and using approaches that excite you. If you aren't excited how can you be inspired?
 
Yeah, a great movie always inspires me. Tough to find them though, but when you do it's all worth it.

Although it mostly inspires towards pizza, chocolate and slushy!
 
I wanted more work form others, production company or page that collects/has fresh inspiration.
I use youtube and vimeo and finds lot's of good things but I wanted more selection, like vimeo/youtbue channel, pinterest, facebookgroup, page, production company etc....


Not drugs :)
 
May it's me but you didn't specify what you wanted the inspiration for?

Writing, directing, producing, cinematography? Other?
