Where can I get these transitions?

I'm working on a music video and have seen a couple of transitions I would
like to use. One fades from one clip to the next with what looks like an overexposure- pure white. The other looks like film that has been ruined by
heat - very red orange looking. Are either of these in FCP and if not, where
can I get them?
