Where can I get some big Cumulus clouds?

I doubt any of you are meteorologists but this it seems like a similar situation may have come up for other directors.

I'm planning reshoots on a film that I shot about 8 months ago. Life and other projects got in the way and stopped me from finishing editing till now (much to the chagrin of my actors). Letting myself get interrupted was a mistake but now I need to pic of the pieces and give my cast and crew the best product I can.

I need one minor bit of pic-ups for close and mid-shots. Because the seasons have changed, the location has gone from one with a lot of clear greenery in the distance to one of nothing but bare trees (making reshooting from eye level not possible).

However, in the footage we had there were often these great big puffy clouds visible (they actually caused a lot of issues with our light but still looked gorgeous). Does anyone know if these types of clouds appear during this time of the year?

If not, then I'll have to simply shoot on a blue sky, use it as a blue screen, and put them in digitally. If this is the case, can anyone recommend a way to find some stock footage of big puffy clouds? I found one place online but it's $200 per shot (a bit much) and they aren't even in 720p or 24p.

CGI - use digital clouds.

Are those good enough?
