where can I get one?

I need to find a photo/art still of a city in ruins taken far in the future. I want to use it as a back ground scene for some green screen test.

For a greenscreen test, al you need is some urban/industrial decay pictures to give the right atmosphere, doesn't matter that it's not 'futuristic'.

For your actual film though, unless you have a time machine and can travel into the future :), someone's going to have to 'build' those pictures for you. That probably means some keen graphics artist playing with Photoshop as Clarkage says above, and even then they'll probably be using actual photos of urban/industrial decay and fiddling with them.

You need to work out what you mean by 'far in the future' - e.g. the Alien films are set 'far in the future' but most of the sets just re-use current day industrial tech dressed up a bit to look futurish. And most post-apocalyptic movies (e.g. Terminator Salvation) mostly use wrecked current technology. Collecting some 'something like this' examples to show your artist (and the rest of your cast and crew) will be a big help in achieving a unified look.

As mentioned, creative research. I assume you want this for free?

The best way to get free work done for you is to post a wip about your film and depending on your casting and production values, you may get some people on board to work for credit or a deferred payment deal.

Here's some good artists but they won't work for you for free, but ask them ofcourse if you have something to offer them as well. Maybe footage you've shot in return?
