Where can I get a replacement quick release plate for Kovacam MonoCam stabilizer?

I'm looking at a second hand Kovacam MonoCam stabilizer, but the catch is the guy lost the original quick release plate, however, he claims I can order a replacement. It's one of those proprietary geared plates that looks like a really wide a macro adjustment plate.

I can't find an official website for Kovacam, and I can't find a replacement quick release plates anywhere. Does anyone know where I can get a replacement quick release plate, or at least a different brand one that's compatible?

Thanks
