where can I find vector based textures for a map created in AE???

I have a map of the world that I designed in Illustrator.

After applying a texture to my world map in After Effects, when I zoom in on the map with an AE camera, the texture naturally loses it's resolution.

Is there such a thing as "vector based" or "line-art" textures so don't lose their resolution when you zoom in?

And if so what web sites would offer the most choice for vector based textures?

Have you tired using the Continually Rasterise switch? That tells After Effects to look at the original vector content instead of rasterising it at the file's preset DPI.
