Where can I find this transition wipe?

Looking to find a transition like this: the first two seconds. Using PP CS6. Or AE CS6.

Pretty sure the transition is Card Wipe (at least in AE.) To set it on an angle, you'll need to precompose and rotate in AE, or use a nested sequence in PPro.

I second Card Wipe. You might also be able to accomplish the same effect with Trapcode's Echospace.
