Where can I find plans on how to build a white cyc?

Hello,

I am going to open a small film studio in May. I want to build a white cyc. I have someone willing to do the labour for free - yes, he's good - but he has not built a cyc before.

We are wondering if there are any resources online, or even any books or otherwise, that explain how to PROPERLY build a white cyc?

Surprisingly google has really turned up nothing. I have read the importance of not casting shadows, hence the curve that meets the floor.. even found this interesting time lapse video of a guy building a cyc that looks just like what we want:

But we need a little help with drafting the plans. ANY advice would be very much appreciated!!!!

fantastic. u know, its amazing how different the results are for "how to build a white cyc" and "building a white cyc". Looks like the latter was the way to go.

How important or useful is it to have three walls?

I was going to build one in sort of a C shape, i have a long narrow warehouse. I don't know the exact measurements right now, but lets' say it is 30 ft wide. i was going to build it at one end where it would wrap around the corners maybe 10 feet on each side...

but now i see some that have NO corners.. so is there any point to having it wrap around? could anyone explain why?
