Where are custom templates stored?

Okay, I finally figured out settings for reasonably efficient rendeting of quictime files, and I saved it as a custom template. Now, I'd like to copy that template to another user profile or machine, but I can't find any file that would contain the name of the template I created.

I checked the registry and found an entry there, but it's key is something useless like S10432, and I can't find any other reference to that value.

Does anyone know how to copy/move templates?

That's a great question. I've looked for them myself (as has Barry), and I couldn't find them. They're probably parsed out and hidden among DLLs and whatnot.

I am thinking that S10432 is the magical key into some binary settings within Vegas. I wonder if I export that key to a registry file and then import it to another computer, it will be the same as copying a template, or will it completely hose my registry settings...

Well, I downloaded and installed the Preset Manager, but I can't figure out how to get presets in and out of Vegas.

None of the Vegas presets I've saved can be seen in the Preset Manager. What's going on?
