when to use "at your own risk" sign

if I make a tutorial video, should I always put the "at your own risk" sign so I don't get sued?
I'm unsure when exactly to you use it but does anyone know?
and is there an official way to phrase it?

Example: a video showing how to reformat your SD card.
or a video showing how to use Final Cut Studio.

LOL, more to it that just saying "at own risk".

You now have entered into "attorney-land". If you are going to teach people to do something that they could get hurt doing, get an attorney.

When an attorney makes an instructional video, do they recommend you consult an attorney before following their advice?

Won't that make the world implode?

does that mean if people can get hurt physically, the video should have warnings?

what about data loss or misleading information? could people sue you for that? (it's not physical damaga:happy:)
