im always compress my final footage and its comes out a little darker then original film im using the presets in compressor
When i use compressor presets it makes film a litttle darker?

There are a few things you can try.
In compressor, drag in your preset, whether it be H.264 or DVD... then you'll slightly tweak the preset for final output. Simply click the preset you dragged into the job box. Then go down to the inspector. Below the Description Box you have 6 icons. Click on the 4th one, Filters. In here you can tweak Brightness and Contrast and many other things. Just use the preview to see what the final will look like against, the imported.
This does take some tweaks, and you may not get it right away, but eventually you should come across a look your satisfied with.
