When does the next scriptfest start?

I'm new to these scriptfest contests.

When is the next scriptfest? I see a suggestion thread is up though, so I'm guessing we can start writing soon?

I need some time to put the next topic together. And since New Year's is a few days away, I'll need even more time to put my brains back together to put the next topic together.

Call me crazy but I like that there are gaps in time between each scriptfest. This gives us all time to reflect on our current entry and spend some time revising it. Also, some of us might have other projects that need attention that would make starting another one right off the bat a bit difficult.

If the next scriptfest was to be announced within say the next week, then maybe giving us all a bit more time to write would be a good idea. For example: instead of 1 month, maybe have the writing period last 1.5 to 2 months.

And Isaac needs to party on New Years (I do too).

I'm just asking because I'm having trouble motivating myself to write on my own projects..

When someome gives me guidelines/a topic/a subject or whatever It's easier for me to get started.

here's hoping I get started on my treatment this week..
