What is the best possible way to export footage, off of Premiere Pro cs3?
I've tried a few different ways but I'm not getting good enough quality footage?
Should I export to .avi, .mov, H.264? should I use quicktime pro or just use the exporting feature on cs3? on not exactly sure how to go about getting a crisp quality video?

What "end use" are you exporting for?

what did you start with?

Best quality is exporting a movie uncompressed (un Recompressed)

On PC Platform I have had good results with exporting to Windows Media HD ppresets in Adobe Media Encoder. Just open a suitable preset and up the quality settings to a higher level (bitrate, quality level .. etc) and save as a new preset.

Generally it is best to decide on what Export (and quality setting) you need by the end use.

You asked for "the best possible way...".

Media Encoder maybe the best "way" but may not be the best quality.

so should I go with just the regular export option, instead of media encoder?
I would rather want quality.

Depends on what its for as the end use?????

No point making a high quality avi at 105mb if its only going onto YouTube.
If its a Broadcast TV program ...every reason to do so.

(Get it)

Give Media Encoder a try and modify the quality settings to a higher bitrate if you need to. You can get great results if you modify the presets.

alright thanks guys! I really appreciate the fast input, I tried putting one of my videos as a higher bitrate and the video looks great.
