Whats wrong with this footage?

It's only 6 MB.

It's in WMV format so it's small, but I've encoded it in MPEG 4 format also and it does that also.
I was shot in 24P the whole time. Am I not making my project settings correctly?

have not looked at the footage, but if it worked fine in a mpeg4 format, then its probably just a windows media player thing. My windows media player wigs out when i play 24p avi's through it.

Sorry, I meant to say it does do that in MPEG 4. What can I do to fix this?
It must be something in my project settings.

Fixed. Sorry, forgot it was a .wmv. I was simply using standard project settings. Does something have to be modified for 24P?
