i haven't been on here in a while but I have a question? How do you do like the msbnc split screen they be doing? Like three screen and they look like they're seperated by a black line. I tried just paning the screens away but How can I get the person on the screen in the middle somebody please give me some advised are pointers thank you very much.

You would do with pan/crop -- to get them in the shape you want -- and then track motion to put them where you want in the frame.

You can also add Cookie Cutter to each scene, get the shape you want and then use Pan/Crop to frame the individual scenes.
