Whats the Going rates?

So I have been pretty much running the video department at work, Camera, Sound, Light, Edit, Built Studio and props, for about the last year.
Currently I haven’t been editing as much but I still have to CC and Master the audio. But then again i also do some IT stuff when needed.

I have also taken a few Broadcasting classes since I moved to the department.

I want to do a review but I was wondering what the going rates are now, right now I am part time so an hourly rate would be best.
